Dr. Justin Steele is a Board-Certified General Surgeon with more than a decade of surgical experience. He currently serves as the Director of Robotic Abdominal Wall Reconstruction at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. He holds the position of Assistant Professor of Clinical Surgery at Weill Cornell Medicine.
With expertise in general, laparoscopic, and robotic procedures, Dr. Steele is widely recognized for his advanced skills in transversus abdominis muscle release (TAR), a specialized technique used for the treatment of complex abdominal wall hernias.
